Welcome to ULEARN

My Story

I've spent more than 16 years helping people learn, grow, and perform better. My journey started in training and operations, where I discovered how the right learning experience can transform not only individual performance but entire organizations.

Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with global organizations including Hewlett Packard, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Allianz. From designing onboarding programs and certification academies to leading instructional design teams and building scalable learning ecosystems, every role strengthened my belief that learning should always be aligned with business impact not just content creation.

Today, Learning & Development is evolving faster than ever. The challenge isn't finding information but finding the right insights that lead to meaningful action. That's exactly why I created ULEARN.

ULearn is a growing #knowledgeecosystem designed to help Learning & Development professionals make better decisions, implement impactful strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends.
